Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident in every Thriverton purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Product Types
Our pieces fall into two groups:

Standard pieces — this includes both our ready‑made items and our made‑to‑order items in standard sizes and finishes. Even if you choose your preferred board, it still counts as a standard piece.

Custom pieces — anything made to unique measurements, finishes or layouts.

Return Eligibility
We offer a 30‑day return policy for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

unused and in the same condition as received

returned in the original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase

Standard pieces — including made‑to‑order items in our standard sizes and finishes, and items where you have selected your preferred board — are eligible for return under our 30‑day policy.

Custom pieces, such as one‑off sizes, personalised specifications or unique dimensions, are non‑returnable unless faulty.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at thriverton@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be pre‑authorised — items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide:

a return shipping label

instructions on how and where to send your item

Please do not send returns to our registered office. We’ll confirm the correct return address during the process.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
